Busan CONNECT Ocean Hotel

The room was nice with a great view of the port. It is a convenient location to Busan station and the ferry port.

There isn?t much to do near the hotel. All the businesses were closing up before 5pm. Parts of the hotel were pretty run down. It was really well priced but I would advise people to stay out in a different neighborhood (like Haeundae Beach).

Noise cancellation is not good, it's a bit noisy at night from these neighbour rooms. Feel like no privacy.

Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Our room has a balcony looking over the port and the view is great. Location is excellent. It's in between metro Jungang Station and Nampo Station, with 7-minute walk from exit 2 of Jungang Station. There's an elevator at Exit 6 where the metro platform is, and it's about 10-minute walk to the hotel. Bus stop is nearby and you can go anywhere easily without walking to the metro (up and down stairs for that matter). Lotte is only 5-minute walk away and food is great and not expensive at all. Nampodong is just 10-minute walk away.

Cleanliness needs improvement. TV was not working but we asked help from the reception and it was fixed. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned up daily. We had to ask for change of towels.

Nice room with comfy beds. Bathroom with electronic toilet. Good staying in Busan.

Location a little bit far from a central beach and you need go on the bus for 20 mins.

the room was comfortable and quiet. A beautiful view of the water with a delightful balcony. We enjoyed the lights of the bridge and the bustle of the area. The subway, shopping district, and bus station were all within a few minutes walk, so excellent location for getting around the city.

I was a bit scared to book this accommodation given the bad reviews, but I am so glad I did. My stay here was great! The location is perfect, with the main shopping street, the big mall and buses/metro all a few minutes away by foot. The room was modern and clean, and we even got an ocean view. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and a water filter.

The housekeeping staff was sooooo kind and nice! I was sick on my last day and she went out of her way to provide me with porridge and some coffee 3-in-1 too. I loved my room too! It oversees the harbour. Location wise is right next to Lotte Mall and 1 minute away from bus stops.

Amenities is below par. Bathroom gets wet easily. Lobby area not so impressive. They don’t have an iron!
